Delivery Operations Manager
Starting: ASAP
Part-time: 24 hours per week
Bright is looking for a dynamic Delivery operations manager, who wants to join a consulting firm at the sharp end of B2B marketing. We are looking for an energetic, experienced and proactive manager to join our rapidly growing consultancy. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, creative, organised and knows how to manage and motivate delivery teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Championing operational processes and compliance
- Supporting delivery teams with financial management of their projects
- Resource management and oversight including governance of project management tools
- Delivery operations and risk management
- Client onboarding set up, commercials preparation
- Maintaining the Bright IP and methodology toolkit
- Promoting process improvement
- Supporting with key people processes such as recruitment, and onboarding
- Management of the annual PDP process
- Supporting the senior management team with key operational tasks
- Coordinating the IT support process
Essential skills we’re looking for:
- >3 years working within operations
- Experience of consulting firm operations would be an advantage
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Confident at prioritising and multi-tasking
- Good at team work and well-rounded communication skills
- Developing and managing processes and standards
- Evaluation and reporting skills
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience of driving operational compliance, process optimisation and risk management
- Excellent Excel and data literacy
- A good understanding of agile project management principles
- Positive can-do attitude.
